This delightfully
converted first floor apartment located in the quiet
village of Pailhès in the centre of Languedoc
and within easy reach of the Mediterranean is available
all-year round.
The main house, Belleville, was owned for generations
by the Belleville family (hence the name) who were
wine producers. The large vats and press are still
in the winery attached to it.

| Bellevilla
is in Pailhès (photo right), a small village
but there are shops in nearby Thézan (2km). Pailhès
is close to the region's second largest town of Beziers
(11km) - Montpellier being the largest. Beziers has
a flower market every Friday - shown in photo right,
and has the biggest bullring in Europe. |

From the AutoRoute at Beziers, the old walled city of
Cacasonne is quickly reached, as is the aqueduct of
the Pont du Gard, the amphitheatre at Nimes and the
Spanish border. There are many attractions such as Le
Train Jaune at Villefranche-de-Conflet with spectacular
views.

There is also the chance to sample the many wines
which Languedoc produces and has produced for many
years., which are only now coming to the attention
of the wine circles in England.

- The cost to book the holiday
home for up to 4 people is shown below. The
price shown is the total rental for the week,
NOT per person.
- Booking 'weeks' are Saturday
16.00 to Saturday 10.00. We ask that guests
leave the villa before 10.00, and new guests
arrive after 16.00. This allows time for our
cleaners to ensure a fresh start for new guests.
- Apartment price includes
electricity except October thro' April bookings
- Payment is in euros. Euro
Bank Drafts are quite straightforward and
your UK bank will be pleased to help you to
make the arrangements.
- Wi-Fi internet connection

- A 10% deposit is required
to secure your booking.

The villa will be cleaned immediately after your
visit. It certainly helps when guests leave the
villa in a clean and tidy condition.
